    Beginning on November 14, a series of networking and educational workshops will be held throughout 7 locations in Texas to provide timely information regarding two very important Federal rule changes: newly adopted EPA regulations for Underground Storage Tanks by TCEQ and implementation of a new law — House Bill 2174 — that puts the power of dispenser meter calibrations and fuel quality testing back into the hands of industry stakeholders.
