The State of Texas is currently in Phase 1A of vaccine distribution for frontline medical workers. It is expected that the completion of Phase 1A will be mid to late January. This will be followed by Phase 1B which will be a second group of medical workers and school nurses.

Essential business workers, including employees for convenience stores, grocery stores and petroleum distributors are expected to be included in Phase 1C. The estimated timeline for distribution of Phase 1C is some time in the Spring, likely early-March through early-April.
