The Texas Food and Fuel Association understands the difficulties involved when selecting a health insurance plan that is on budget and provides adequate benefits for employees. That is why TFFA is considering the creation of a health insurance trust to offer members discounted rates on quality healthcare plans.
To start, TFFA must first identify the current health insurance needs of the membership by gathering data from your current health insurance plan. Mainly, we need to obtain: 1) total number of participants (including dependents), 2) date of birth, and 3) primary address zip codes for all who would participate in the new plan.
